Robert Flores

Robert Flores is the Business Development Manager at FLO Mortgage. Originally from Queens, New York, Robert moved to Florida where his 22–year career in sales and the mortgage industry began. His natural talent for sales was first recognized while working for a national cellular company, which eventually led him into the mortgage world as a Loan Officer with GMAC Mortgage. During his time at GMAC, Robert gained extensive industry knowledge and strengthened the sales skills that would define his career.

After leaving GMAC, Robert opened his own mortgage brokerage. When the housing market shifted in the mid-2000s, he transitioned into real estate, where he excelled in short-sale negotiations and later launched a successful property management company.

Today, Robert serves exclusively as the Business Development Manager of FLO Mortgage. Together with his wife Joy, the Broker-Owner of FLO Mortgage, they have built a company grounded in community, professionalism, and a steadfast commitment to exceptional service.
